What are the steps in the box ordering process?

  1. Select the options you would like for your personalized wedding card box.
  2. Confirm the order and purchase through secured PayPal interface (Credit Cards are accepted).
  3. You will receive a confirmation email of your order.
  4. You will also receive the layout of the text on your box after it has been designed (approximately 3-4 business days).
  5. Confirm the spelling and/or dates on the box and reply to the layout email to begin the box building process.
  6. Within 10 business days of receiving your response to the layout email, your box will be completed.
  7. Your box will then be shipped (or available for pickup) according to the UPS option you selected during checkout.

What is the letter limit for my last name on the box?

The size of your last name must be kept at 7 letters or under.

Why is there a limit on the number of letters available for last name on the box?

Due to size constaints on the front of the box, to keep the quality standard of the box, the number of letters must be limited to 7 letters.

Do I need to have a date on my box?

No.  The only requirements are a monogram or a last name.  If you would like a date, the date will be in the format of mm/dd/yy.  You have three options for dividing your date: slash ( / ), dash ( - ) or dot ( . ).

What are my shipping options?

All of our shipping is handled by UPS.  You will recieve a tracking number in your email after completion of your order.  If you live in Ohio, you have the option of picking up your custom box at our offices (MAP)

How do I clean the stainless steel box?

We recommend using a stainless steel cleaner that can be purchased at your local hardware store.  This cleaner will remove all fingerprints and return the original shine to the box.  Spray the cleaner onto a clean rag and then wipe down the box.  DO NOT SPRAY THE CLEANER DIRECTLY ONTO THE BOX.  THIS COULD DAMAGE THE COLORED PLASTIC ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX.
